Can I change, add or remove something from my order once it is placed?

In order to change an order we have to cancel and refund the existing order so you can then place a new order.
It is always best just to place another order if you need to add another item.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you need to cancel completely or change an item, please know that we can do this if it’s within a 12 hour window from the time you placed the order as all our products are hand made and on demand.

I haven't received my order yet. How can I check the status?

Once your order has shipped we will notify you via email and include your a tracking number.  Please log into your account to view your tracking number, alternatively you can find this information on the email we sent you.

I did not receive my tracking number. How can I get this?

Tracking numbers are emailed out to you when the package ships.
You may receive more than one email and tracking number if your order is coming from more than one warehouse.
Your receipt will show all this info. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder as it can sometimes get filed there.  If you still cannot locate your order email, please contact customer service here. -Please note that our merchandise is only made when you order it so orders can take upto 20 days from the time the order is placed to when it is delivered.

I did not receive all of the items in my package. Where is the rest of my order?

If you received only ONE item and ordered more than one, your order most likely was split between 2 or more of our vendors. We several different suppliers that specialize in different designs and items. Because of this, you may get multiple shipments to complete your order.

My mug is missing from my order. Where is it?

Mugs are always shipped separately due to the need to ensure safe packaging.




Why does my Order Status still show as "Processing"? How Long Does it Take to Receive An Order?

Orders take anywhere from 7-14 BUSINESS days (within the USA) and 3- 4 weeks (international) to receive due to each item being hand printed after it is ordered. Once the item is pretreated, dried, printed and packaged for shipping it is shipped. The above stated times are measured from the time the order is placed with us until it is received by you.

Why does my tracking number not have any information available or say "number not found"?

Tracking numbers are issued by the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL) and then updated during the process. If a tracking number is issued, then it has been accepted and is in process. How frequently it is updated with new information depends on the carrier. Please allow 24 – 48 hours after you receive the tracking email to accurately determine where your product is with the shipper.

Why was my order cancelled?

Ej's Tee Shop was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled. If your order has been cancelled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once resolved you will then need to create a new order using the correct billing address.




How do I request a return or exchange?

You must request and be approved an RMA number before you return your items. Any items received without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. To request an RMA number fill out the form here.

What do I do if my item doesn't fit or I need to exchange or return it?

If it doesn’t fit or you would like to return it for a refund for any reason – please request it here and we will either exchange or refund your item(s). Item(s) must br received within 30 days of your shipment date as shown on your shipping confirmation email. Any item(s) returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

I was sent an incorrect item (design, style, color, size). How can I get the item I ordered?

We are so very sorry you were sent the incorrect item! Please know that we strive to exceed your expectations and will get you out the correct item ASAP. Please contact our customer service department here and they will take care of getting you the right item.

How will I be refunded if my return is approved?

Typically your refund will be issued back to the card/account you used to make the purchase. This is true regardless of whether you used a Credit Card, Paypal or Amazon Checkout.

How soon will I receive a refund for my return?

Refunds typically take anywhere between 5 – 21 business days to reflect in your account once issued. We’ll do our best to expedite the process.

Which items are not eligible for return or exchange

Amy items marked as final sale. Any free gifts or promotional items with retail value. Returns received in damaged/worn condition. Returns received after 90 days of the original order shipment date. Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

How do I return an item I received as a gift?

Gift recipients are only eligible for store credit only. If you received an order from EJ's Tee Shop as a gift, you can still return! We'll issue you a EJ's Tee Shop store credit for the amount of the returned item(s) to your account.

What happens if I return an item that I bought on sale or used a promo code on?

Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items. If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, OR if you are returning an item purchased on sale, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount..




What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover), we also accept payments via PayPal and Amazon Checkout

Is my card information secure?

At EJ's Tee Shop, any payment information entered online is secured with our 226 bit encrypted SSL certificate. It not only secures your payment information but also your personal information. Your credit card number is never seen or stored by anyone. Any payment information given to us will not be sold or released to any third party establishments.




Do I need to register before placing an order?
